I want to to know if I could use coilover from a 2003 Honda Element to a 2003 Honda CR-V

Default Re: Coilover

Front Element struts are about an inch longer with a heavier spring. This will act as a lift kit.

Also the Element has a larger ball joint on the steering end links and the CR-V ball joint is too small to work.

The rear struts use a different top hat and also have a heavier spring. Length is similar but again the Element strut is just slightly longer

Not a direct fit unless you are swapping other parts. If you are just talking an adjustable coil spring setup to put on CR-V struts then that should work.
