I recently posted a question regarding P0134 on my CRV after they cut the cat. The car got fixed and the code started to appear and would not pass the emission test.
The car drove fine besides the money light on. I replace the ELD or electrical load detector and so far after 2 days and passing the emission testing the light is gone.
