car has been siting for 3months so finaly i got a new fuel pump and relay for it and it still wouldnt start so i try useing fuel starter and after about 3 cranks and holding the gas down it started(woot)... so i drove it for 5mins and turned it off and started it a hour later np cranked right up. so the next day i go to start it and it woulndt start at all..even with the fuel starter( im a newbe so dont be mean plz)
what should i do.....?
(its a HONDA 1992 eg DX civic 1.5)

 

fuel filter clogged up?? maybe injectors sticking??

 

hmm ill check that out any more reasons?
this my only car now so i need to get it runing agian.

 

first you should check your fule filter ... you may have unsettled some sediment in the tank

another thing you should look at is your distributor ... you may have a problem there with the cap and rotor or even the wires .. it might even be the ignitor .

you should also do an oil change and all the general maintenence just to get it back up to code

have you gotten a puff of white smoke/grey out of the air intake ?

 

no i did not get white smoke and dont have much money to fix it yet so ill try to find out whats wrong with thxs alot
