Those are the S2000 fitment and will not work. The +59mm 17x8.5" rear wheels probably won't even bolt on because they'd hit the trailing arm. You *might* be able to use four of the +52mm 17x7.5" fronts, but I can't guarantee it will work, and there will probably be rubbing issues.
You need the MF10s that were made to fit the DC2-R, EK9, EP3-R, or DC5-R - not the S2000. They're available in 16x7" and 17x7" with Civic-friendly offsets.
