Some people have told me to get a vtec controller for my 99 civic ex, and some say only get it with an SI, not sure if i should get it and not sure what i exactly need or want it for know any info please post thx

btw, i figured out if you own a vtec controller and disconnect your VSS, you still have vtec. got bored the other day...
