ok,
i'm going to try and explain this the best i can. my car has been making a very strange whiney noise that lasts a few seconds. but it's when the cars off and no key in the ignition. it's not like it does it just before i start it or just after i get out. it's usually when it's been sitting for an hour or longer. i can't figure out what's causing it, i'd post a video if i had a video camera but i don't. sorry if this seems like rambling but if anyone has experienced this before or has any idea what it could be let me know. is my car POSESSED?

 

Do you have an aftermarket car alarm?

 

sometimes adjustable suspension whines after parked for a bit...like it's taking a load off it's shoulders

 

throw out bearing?? maybe???

 

sometimes when the exhaust system gets hot then starts making noise when cooling off.

throw out bearing is new and the noise seems like it's coming from the rear of the car,
i origionally thought it could be the fuel pump but it doesn't sound like it

 

it did this when i had my tokico blues on it as well...

 

this happens if my car hasn't been driven in days as well,
so not very likely, but thank you for your suggestion
