type r head

i recently purchased a itr head to put on my b16a block, how much power should i gain?

Ah if I remember correctly ITR and b16 head flow the same the only thing that's different are the cams. So you would be better off just buying a set of cams.

yup most likely would see the same gains with just the cams....don't think it flows much different
