Best tire depends on what your needs are.

For me, I had the best all around performance with the Yokohama Advan Fleva's for both wet and dry grip, as well as gas mileage. For absolute best dry grip and decent wet grip, I definitely enjoy the Falken RT615Ks I have on currently.

205/50/15 works well especially if its a 200 treadwear tire. However, some shops won't do it despite it being a very very minimal stretch so watch out for that. (Some tires don't even look stretched...)

205mm is 8.07in so there would be no stretch on that size rim at least.

What tire depends on what year car you have. 92-95 have less fender room than 96-00. EGs need a 195 with that low of an offset. May need adjustable camber too.
