Default Problem

yea i have a stock 97 civic dx, and when im idling the rpms bounces to like 1500 and comes back down, and when i give it some gas it stops and when i turn on the a/c it also stops bouncing.

anyone know whats wrong?

it might be your fuel pump...you'll need a new one...my cousins gsr did that and it was his fuel pump...when A/C is on its stops too...somebody correct me if im wrong...

I'm with Gary. Clean your IACV with some carb cleaner, put it back on, and see if that fixes the problem.
