LSD interchangability????
Hey I have a YS1 tranny with LSD and I am currently running a 98 GSR tranny in my car. Would it be possible to swap in the YS1's LSD into the hydrolic GSR tranny.
I have heard the YS1 is almost identical to the hydrolic years.
Thnaks for the help!
Oh and the reason im not useing the YS1 is cus for some reason it won't go into reverse.

I know the similarities between the ITR and SI trannies, but my question concerns the interchangability of the LSD. I want to put the LSD in my GSR tranny from a YS1, and I have heard that the cable clutch YS1 is Almost Identical to the later hydrolic trannies.
i hope this clarifies my question a little better. i am not concerned with the gearing.
