Idling problem on my Civic Ex 93

Idling problem on my Civic Ex 93
I have 93 Civic Ex
My car does this thing....random times...
when it's parked, it starts idling to 2000rpm and goes down
going up and down fast.
When i put it into drive, its fine~
whenever i put it into Park or Neutral.
and usually it happens when i drove for while... like 30mins or more
I have heard that... its cuz air is leaking.... or o2 sensor.
Can u guys help me?
