Default How do I depin this cabin connector?

The ECU plugs are easy as pie.

But I can not for the life of me figure out how to de-pin this cabin connector. I'm afraid I am going to break it.

It looks like there are safety tabs in side like on the ECU plugs, but there's gotta be a way to lock down the whole plug.... maybe not? Is it just a 1step plug?

You're looking at a 96-98 EX harness. This is the green plug that plugs in by the dashboard.

Here's a pic of the connector:

That doesn't really help me, unless this is like a style OBD1 connector... is it?

If someone wants to host the pdf I have the honda wire connector document. It shows how to depin all the different connectors in the car, cabin and engine bay. I had i-serve but I cant seem to find that site anymore. pm me an email address.

also honda sells the little mini pics for depinning the connectors but a torch pick from a welding supply or probably even home depot works well. Its a little fold up thing with a bunch of different sized needles.

I'll see what I can do! I have a hosting account, so I should be able to. I'll PM and email you the link if I can.

EDIT: I can't host it, but I can forward this email to someone that can host it. My account is "invalid"... So much for that.

PS: I think I've got it, thanks for the help.
