help engine problem

I swapped d116z6 into my 95 hatch, it fired all up but runs realy rough and my idle at a 900-1000 and it burns alot of gas too...can it be my dizzy?

Sounds like the timing's off...but you would have already twisted the valves...I'm not sure, sorry.
