Default engine problems please help!

I’ve been having some problems with my d16y8 recently. After it has warmed up it idles really hot. So today I just replaced the thermostat so I hope that fixes that problem. The other problem I have been having is that it idles really low and it sputters quite a bit while it idles and some time it seems to miss when I am accelerating, but most of the time it drives just fine. About a week ago it died on me right in my driveway and didn’t want to start back up. I have replaced the fuel filter thinking that could have been the problem, but that didn’t fix anything. I also just popped the distributor cap and there was a lot of reddish brown dust in there, but everything else looked normal. It is not throwing any codes either. Anyone have any ideas the help would be greatly appreciated.

No cels and the radiator is full! I pulled out the fuel pump today to see if the sock was full of crap but it was very clean and there didn't seem to be any junk in my fuel tank! i have a fuel pressure gauge and it idles around 30psi is that average for a stock y8???
