Default CKF bypass didn’t work

I have this 1997 Honda Civic dx originally with a d16y7 obs/a, so I swapped it out with a B16A out of a sir 2 obd2a, so to pass emissions I bought a 2000 civic si usdm ecu with a rywire jumperharness obd2a to obd2b, I have to pass emissions and the JDM engine doesn’t have a CKF sensor so I tried to bypass It but it didn’t work I did everything out of this link CKF Bypass Trick ? .:FFS TechNet:. , now my question is should I have done this to the actual harness of the car or the jumper harness

w/o looking at the wire color code, why do you have 3 quicksplice when it only calls for 2
