obd0 dizzy on obd1

Default obd0 dizzy on obd1

Im a bit confused.. I have a 92 civic with a b20 in it. I have an obd0 b16 head im about to put in and i have a obd0 dizzy for it..and by the way i have been searching i cant use it.. Please confirm this

Sure you can use the OBD0 Dizzy on the OBD0 B16 head in your 92 Civic, but you'll need an OBD 1- OBD0 Dizzy jumper harness or repin your connector.

can you repin a obd1 plug to a obd0 plug?
if you and got a pic?
or do i have to repin the obd0 plug to a obd1?
