Here is the situation: My car has been throwing a code 36 ever since I got it. It's a 1992 Cx with a B16 and the ECU is a P30. I believe that a code 36 is a automatic tranny code right? My car runs fine but why is it throwing this code? Yes, I have done a search and cant find a code 36 anywhere.

Just making sure, it blinks 3 times slow, then 6 times fast.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

 

there's no 36 and auto lockup solenoid is 19. is it possible 30 and 6. Read code again or try to reset ecu first

 

The maunal says a slow blink counts for 10 and a fast blink counts as one, hence making this one a code 36. Yeah, a 3 and a 6 code would make a hell of a lot more sense. Who knows.

 

How you check coad where do I look for it. I got 2000 civic Ex.
