yes and only if you're replacing a vtec-e cam with a vtec-e cam, a vtec cam with a vtec cam, a non-vtec cam with a non-vtec cam or a 2-stage vtec cam with a vtec cam or a 2-stage vtec cam. their are 4 kinds of JDM D15B's pick wich ever one you have
