Anybody have the rear upper strut on a EJ? I seen some for the EK, but none for the EJ. Would it even fit our would you have to take off the floorboard?
Also are there any C pillar bars for the EJ? Seat belt points for the rear are not really visable.

i had a rear upper strut bar for a while. i dont see why you would take off the floor board? its just behind the carpet on both sides on the trunk.

 

i have a rear upper. makes quite a difference when compared to just have a front upper alone.

 

technospirit is a jdm company that makes C pillar bars.
I made one for my 92 hatchback, there are pics in the DFH forum here.
the upper strut tower bars are usually said to fit EG models, you wont see EJ listed at most places, so look for one that fits an EG and you will be a happy person

for upper/tower tiebars, skunk2 is a great design, not too expensive and superlight.

 

But will it (pillar bar) fit in a 99 EJ?

 

the J's or Techno pro C-pillar for EK should fit your 99 EJ

 

i have this thought that a cpillar bar on a coupe wont do anything really because that area doesnt have a removable gapin hole like a civic hatch/integra would, but maybe im wrong.
