First thanks to Tech8 for your previous answers...It has helped me very much!!!! 32 different obd2 scanners confirmed that I need a new ecm and I have purchased a remanufactured on. I believe that it "may" need to be programmed, not sure, don't have it yet. I read that to do so will require me to get the latest download from Honda. They seem to want to sell a subscription for 1 year for about $750
Is this available from any other source. Vehicle is 2011 Honda Civic manual trans. Also read about cloning from the old one. Your advice here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks John H.

 

should have read as: 2 different scanners (32 would be a bit much)
