HELP PLEASE!!! Cylinder 3 bending valves

Default HELP PLEASE!!! Cylinder 3 bending valves
I swapped in a JDM motor and changed the timing belt and water pump and tensioner. I have replaced the valves in cylinder 3 twice now and I cant figure out what is causing it. I did put a non VTEC head on but don’t see why that would cause an issue.

Any help would be appreciated!
