I have an 01 civic and wanted to buy exhaust,intake,etc. is the dx the same as the ex as far as bolt-ons , cuz when i shop around they only offer it to dx and lx models.

 

No. Do you have an EX? There are plenty of places that sell Ex bolt ons

DX/LX have different exhaust manifolds, and the cat. placement is different. So an EX catback won't fit an LX/DX without an extension pipe. This has been covered a lot of times.

 

just click the hyperlink I have above in my last post. Every thing there is for our civics. When you click on exhaust just make sure the exhuast is for the (dx or lx) they have the same exhaust....The ex is different but you know that.
