Looks like you shot the photo at 1600ISO, which is why there's so much noise. Also, the shutter only dragged for about 1 second, which wasn't enough time to bring in enough light. If your camera has manual settings, try it again, with the ISO at 100 or 200, and the set the shutter to about 6 or 7 seconds, and see if that helps. If you don't have a tripod, just set the camera on a chair or a box so that it doesn't move.
cleaned it up a bit

but i am going to be messing with the settings on my camera some more tomorrow (bare with me i just got it)
Thanks for all the help, well those who helped

Turn the ISO way down, and turn the exposure way up, and try again.

Any tripod should fit pretty much any video camera/photo camera as long as there is a threaded hole on the bottom of the camera, which there is on yours.

There you go. See how there's hardly any noise compared to the first pic you posted? Much much better. Just keep practicing with it, when it's less light, try dragging the shutter even more, maybe 8-9 seconds or more if necessary, and after awhile, you'll get the hang of it, and you'll know how long to set it for based on how much light you have available.

yeah alot better.
also try not to get too crazy with the jpeg compression, pics as big of those I'd probably keep as big as 100k each
no need to drop them all the way down to 50k,
most ppl have broadband nowadays..
also I like to use a delay on the camera sometimes, if u dont have a tripod, cuz you could jostle the camera alittle bit right when you press the button
