This is a picture someone took from a bmw meet not too long ago. Does anyone know how to get this effect?

^^ exactly what he said.... very very easy to do... use a tripod or the lights will be all over the place and keep ur shutter speed open longer.

Opening up the shutter allows the lens to gather more light.

To get that effect in the pic, i would go with a 4 sec or more setting.

nah, not even a 4 second, depends on how fast the car is going, but im guessing around 20mph, which means that a 1/10th second shutter speed would be adequate

I have a sony cybershot and under ISO it has 100, 200, 300, and 400. Which one of them is slowest shutter speed, or is that not even the right setting to be messing with?
