Tein coilover thread!?!?
Just want to see how low some of you guys are getting on your Tein's as i'm looking to make a purchase soon. I didn't find an official thread or anything and I thought it would be cool if we started one..Basic or super street preferred. ..yes i searched!
Here's my 00 DX w/tein ss with upper pillowball mounts, they are great man a lot of ppl say that they suck but thats b/c they hear other ppl say it I bet 99.9 of that ppl have never owned a set, and if you use the EDFC they are even better you can drop it like is hot lol and set the EDFC on the 32 level and it rides so much smoother than your factory susp. And remember u gotta pay to play. (LMFAO)

pics would prob help more if the car was on a level surface so the car sits level lol, my old car with basics all the way down, the ride was so smooth it was almost like stock yet it handled so much better

I've had both Tein Basics and Tein Flex and I probably wouldn't own any more of their products again. The Basics didn't go low enough and the ride kind of sucked with them cranked all the way down, and the Flex were noisy as hell and crapped out after a couple of years. I do like the Tein Dampachi doll though lol
Tein Super Streets (Had room to go slightly lower.)

Tein RAs (Has room to go significantly lower due to the helper springs. Those will be removed soon enough, as I would also like to finally dial in the toe and camber on the vehicle.)

How are you guys height adjusting your Flex's?
Do you just loosen the bottom ring and then turn the threaded bit? Or do u do it via the spring load? such as these instructions:

Thanks
