more importantly, it is probably fixable but will cost more than a new set

It shouldn't cost much to fix that one wheel. Mark had an RSZ-R IIRC that was worse looking than that, and it was fixable.

Sorry to hear about that, but i don't think that wheel is repairable. The middle/hub area probably got tweaked from the impact.
