Default Photoshop Tutorial Needed

I just got photoshop 7.0 & i was wondering if somebody could write a Tutorial on how to chop pics such as wheels. thanks

This is pretty easy. You take the car you want to chop. Then you find the rims you want on a similar angle to the rims on the original car. Then you use the Eliptical Marquee or if that wont work the Polygonal Lasoo tool to go around the edges of the new rims. Then click edit copy, then go back to the first pic and edit paste. Then use the arrow tool to shrink the rims to whatever size you need for them to look right. If they need to be rotated move the arrow a bit outside of the highlighted box and the arrow should change to a curved arrow. Click down and move the mouse to rotate.
