off with the emblems
i either want new emblems or want to remore my old ones ,so how can i remove them without having holes in my hood or damaging the emblem.

There will be holes. They need to be filled. You can pull them off, use floss, or pry them with something, but there WILL be holes that need to be filled by a body shop.
