will the 94-95 accord lip fit onto the 96-97 accord bumper???

no its a couple inches too small. the 96-97 bumper is bigger than the 94-95.....

 

dam....so nobody has attempted....what about the rear bumper lip?

 

actually it fits perfectly fine.

Nope, they don't fit... they're totally different where one of the lips (I forget which one) has tabs on the top and the shape is slightly different where it bolts/screws to the bumper, but the overall size is the same.

 

umm ok I just posted the picture of it fitting... what more evidence do you need.

 

its been done countless times already.. it fits.. with minor modifications of course

 

It fits, my friend put a 97 lip on his 95 Accord.

 

the thing is, i think those lips fit on the V6's cuz the bumper's bigger, what model is that accord in the picture? and if it is suppose to fit, what mods should i make? i've really tried searching but cant really find anything...the lip itself seems to be a bit larger than the bumper

 

I dont know exactly what needs to be done. I know thats not a v6 though. I guess I didnt think of it as that big of a deal because I've had 3 different 5th gen lips on my car which require cutting the ends off and bending them to fit the bumper a little better. Im guessing you'll have to cut off the top part of the middle so it will sit flush under the bumper. then just go around and start screwing it down and make sure its all lined up.

yes it does fit xmarkguerillax and i did it to his car.. it has to be modified but the end result is so worth it.... and again yes it does fit.. just take a grinder to it and make it flat across the top .. as you notice the lip comes off of a bumper that has no bottom the lip is the bottom of the bumper... so grind it and stop whining..
