i need a new bumper for my 95 integra, and i found this on ebay, does anyone know about these? its says it already comes with a lip.. are they juts like selling the 98 + front bumper? anyone have experience or know a little more than what the auction says? thanks.

BTW the picture is the same for all of their auctions so i dont think you can make judgments off of that.
