what did you use to clean the motor?

Go over the hoses with a rag and some armor-all

First thing I got a bucket of water, then scrubbed it down w/spunge. Then started spraying all the black stuff w/trim cleaner(got at autozone) I havent gotten all of it yet. Then I went and got the engine bay and all metal crap w/ some engine degreaser(im sure any kind you use would be fine) then I repeated the last 2 steps over a few times and it started to rain. So it still needs to be cleaned in a few 'hard to get' places what i'll have to do later, I'll post up a final pic tomorrow along w/pics of what i used. thanks for comments

thats DAY vs. NIGHT right there....looks alot better. It pays to keep the engine bay clean, I always do and I dont know why more people dont do it. Good job cleaning it up.

That front lip looks like it fits really well. I'd like to see a pic at angle with the cleared lights. I'm thinking about doing the same thing
