Default Turn Signal Stuck ON on unlock when cold

I am having a very funny issue, and its more of an annoyance that happens once in a while.
2022 Accord.
This happens regardless if I remote start the car or not.
The first unlock of the morning causes the turn signals to blink, like any car, they blink twice.
But, sometimes (only) the right turn signal just turns on and stays on, permanently, until I cycle the head lights off then on. Usually I have to turn the headlights off, and let them be off for a good 10-20 seconds before turning them back on, then the tail lights work correctly. This only happens on the right tail light.
I chalk it up to the cold, because usually if its well over 50F this doesn't happen, but when it is cold, it does. When you try to reproduce the issue (at a dealer for example) its impossible, because the car has already been running and/or warmed up. I can't leave the car over night and let them try it, its my only car.

Not sure what I should try to do, replace the tail light entirely or see if maybe something is wrong with the connectors?
I doubt its an issue with either, since on a warm day it works just fine.
Could it be some kind of electrical issue where the car forgets what its supposed to do over night?

I find it more of an annoyance because if I notice it happening I just cycle the lights off/on and its back to normal for the rest of the day.
