better performance

I have a 2013 Honda accord touring 3.5 l v6 how can I get better performance like more HP and MPG without spending a fortune

You kinda don't. Crosstours weren't really designed to do either of those very well, without significant expense.

PCDs, J pipe, better intake, and IM spacer could get you a little bit of power. The whole "without spending a fortune" thing might be the catch, though - not everyone has the same idea of a fortune.

I recently installed Rv6 jpipe, I'm really enjoying the mod so far. I had an 08 TLs aspec before the accord and after the jpipe I can say I'm enjoying the car way more then stock. I noticed the mid and highs were much better the car wanted to keep going, where as stock felt lagging and suppressed. I wanted to keep the noise level down and rasp at a minimal therefore only installed jpipe. Im sure the full exhaust and the performance gains the exhaust would be well worth the cost. Definitely something to look into.
