Default wierd electrical problem

I have a 94 accord with something wrong with it electrically.
car runs great but cant figure out the problem. It has a honda dealership installed alarm on it by the way.

list of problems:

no headlights or tail lights but there is power at the sockets

when you hit the flasher button the flashers work but the oil light flashes with the flashers and the temperature gauge goes up and down

no cluster lights other than the srs and the oil light and the flasher lights work.

battery light is on even when the cars off

alarm constantly going off had to disconnect wich didnt solve the problem

temperature and gas gauge not functioning.

So thats the list. Took the dash off to look for pinched wires or to see if something was plugged in wrong and couldnt detect anything. Thinking maybe a grounding problem but why would the vehicle start up and drive fine? Or possibly the alarm but even when disconnected it still does this. The air bags are disconnected could this cause this?
any input would be greatly apprecitaed!
