Would changing my O.E.M. Steering Wheel result in a failed state inpection ?
Hey there,
I was wondering if anybody on here lives in the D.C. metro area ? Particularly in Northern Virginia (Fairfax County). Now the reason why I ask is, because I want to remove my factory airbag steering wheel and replace it with a removable aftermarket one (i.e. NRG innovations). What worries me though... Is because Virginia is so **** when it comes vehicle modifications, would I fail the "state inspection" for changing the O.E.M. steering wheel ?
