Default Vtec controller

Does anyone know if the vtec controller works on the K24A4 ivtec. I searched the forum and found one thread but had no response. I found the Apexi SuperAFC but a salesman at a motorsport shop told me it wouldnt work on the 03 coupe. I was wondering, should i purchase the vtec controller first or should i save up and purchase an electronic management system? If so, which EMS brand is good? AEM? Greddy? Talking from experience please, not by brand marketing.

Thanks.

Never mind, found it from Apexi SuperAFC VACII Working on the iVTECs. Stupid *** salesman.
