VSS Sensor
Does the sensor affect cruise control, speedometer and mileage counter? None of the above are working and the check engine light stays on along with the flashing shift button.

I checked most auto parts stores and they don't carry it. Looks like a dealer item.
Does anyone know where the sensor is located on the transmisson? Pics and/or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

yes it affects cruise here is a link to fixing your vss on a 4th gen accord i'm sure it is similar on a 5th and 6th gen. http://www.cybertrails.com/~be....html
