I would look for the reciever on the keyless entry system. Theres gotta be a chip that determines the frequency that the car responds to.

Open up the remote with a SMALL screwdriver and take the battery out. Wait about a minute and put it back in, then check to see if it still works on the other guys car (or at all). If you see it light up but its not doing anything, reprogram it to your car.

To program it, put the key in the ignition and turn the key all the way on without starting it and press the lock button on the remote as soon as the key is on. You have to do it at exactly the same time, so turn the key with your right hand and hit the lock button on the remote with your left. Do this I think 3 or 4 times. You will know when the remote has been programmed when you hear the locks in the car cycle (click). Check to make sure the remote locks and unlocks the doors. Make sure no other remotes are near the ignition switch or remote while programming.

That is how you program a remote. Keys have to be programmed at the dealer with the HDS (Honda Diagnostic System), but anyone, anywhere can program a remote with this procedure.

I think its possible, but I would check with the A/V/S forum guys. WRk_Killer_STI_Eater really knows his stuff when it comes to alarms and such, he should know. My guess would be yes, its possible, it should just be a matter of getting the frequencys the same.
