Default How to remove the fuse box under the hood, and get to AC lines

Hello, this is 1998-2002 accord 4 cylinder.
I am trying to get to my AC lines disconnected so that I can pull out evaporator box, but having a hard time.

1. I think I need to remove the fuse box to get to the lines. There was a bolt under the wiper blade, and I removed it. There is a round plastic seal or plug that is 3 inches away to the left. I thought that was nothing, but obviously there is something inside. Why did they do this1/ Should I pry the plug out with a knife or screw driver and see what is there? I don't see a notch so it is really hard. Or cut it out??? I wanted to ask before i yank the fuse box from the wall.

2. Is this the right way to get to AC linces? Even after the fuse box out of the way, it does not look easy.

3. In order to disconnect evaporator from the lines, do I need to use two wrenches to avoid stress and break, or just one is OK?

I cannot unplug it. If I cannot get to it from the top, then I have to do it from the right side. There is some kind of reservoir. What is this? I am sure it has to do with the coolant. Can i move it to the side? From what I feel with my fingers, I don't have a clue how I can do it...

I went to Autozone and asked. Someone said remove the air hose out of the way, and you can get to it. I went home, but I don't see how. Not enough room to turn a wrench.
Struggling all day long with this. Happy Holidays!

Attached is the A/C accessory installation instructions for an Accord DX.

It includes instructions on how to remove the under-hood fuse box.

https://guidessimo.com/document/6738...manual-16.html

Intake air duct should be removed.

Two wrenches are use to loosen and tighten fittings.

The black tank you're referring to is a vacuum tank used for the cruise control system. You may not need to move this to access the lines.

Wow...I don'r know what to say. Thank you so much. I am so grateful!
My Hayns manual does not say anything about how to disconnect the AC lines from evaporator.
Just browsing through the PDF, no mentioning on vacuume bottle, and the bracket for the relay box does not need to be detached. I am going to try to detach the box itself. I thought about that possibility but I could not feel the tabs...

I was thinking it is just the beginning of July. Long summer ahead of us without AC... Thank you again!

In the document it specifies the torque for AC lines to the evap. I only have a regular torque wrench. Plus the bolt size is too big and I can only use 1' adjustable wrench.

33 N. m (24 lb-ft) top line (thicker)
13 N. m (9 lb-ft) bottom line

Could you advise what I could do, please?

The space was so limited. I just fastened as much as I could. I never want to do this again...
