Default struts

let me get this straight................ when you put lowering springs on your car you need stiff struts right???

if you get koni yellows you can adjust the stiffness, so you can put them on soft for daily driving and stiff for trackday.

It is highly recommended. It depends on what you get. If you get something soft like Eibach Pro-kit, your stock shocks might last you some time, but if you get say Bilstien Race springs, they wont last at all.
