Default Squeaky Windows!!

Hey everyone.... I just recently bought a 94 accord and when I put the windows down they squeak something awful! Anyone know a way to lubricate the track or a good way to clean it to solve this problem? Any help would be great!!!!

yea my car started to do this after i ripped the tints it came with off, i just sprayed a bunch on windex and rolled them up and down continuously, I doubt the sound is coming from the rails, but if the windex or water does not work then u can remove the door panel and lubricate the rails with all purpose grease and roll them then repeat if the window still squeaks.

clear silicone grease or graphite greasse will solve that issue and prolly speed the window up in the process

i think your local auto parts store would be good. Yes you do have to take the door panels off putting it on the edge of window wont do anything really you have to apply it to the tracks that the window rolls on.

I've used spray silicone and flushed the window runs with it. It dries without a residue so it won't attract more dirt / grime. A more perminent? repair would be to disassemble the door, replace the window guide run and clean the belt molding where the window meets the inner door panel.
