ok here we go...im doing my 100k tune up bout 10k late and i need to replace the cap and rotor, i was just wondering if a set from a local auto store (autozone ect..) would be ok and what brand might anyone suggest, also what all is included in the 100k tuneup? thanks guys!

just get whatever, as long as your not wasting money at the dealer, as to whats included in the 100k tune up i have no clue, but you can piece things togethe and check around the car for yourself, like
cv boots and grease, brakes, etc.....

Eh, I just get the cap and rotor from the dealer.

 

since i have external coil i use the msd cap, and i go through honda oem rotors quicker than the kem ones i use

 

bout how much does the cap and rotor from the dealer cost?

 

probably will be 50+, the rotor alone is 26

Oh,, btw,,,, cap is about $14 and rotor is $11 for 94 and up Accords. Rotor is a little cheaper for earlier years.
