Problem starting when cold
I have a 00' Accord. When my car is really cold it does not start up right away. It takes maybe like 4 secs. I have never had this problem before. It has 40K miles on it. Although I have not replaced my spark plugs, since I got it. I'm thinking this is the problem. Any input would be helpful.

That would certainly be my first guess. How about air filter & other normal tune-up things?

I have a AEM Cold Air Intake with a K&N filter. The filter has not been cleaned or replaced yet. I know I have to do that. The fuel filter has not been changed either.
