My wife's friend had a problem with her dash lights for a year and ask me to look at it, so I drove it one night and smacked the **** out of the dash window thing and the lights fixed. If that dosn't work, check wires/voltages/fuses, etc.

Do you really need instructions? Pull out the cluster, see which bulb doesn't work (I'll give you a hint: it's the one between the speedo and gas gauge), and replace it.

I was being serious. Sorry if it didn't seem that way. Your 00 should be the same as my 02, so remove the 2 screws from the trim around the cluster (they're on top), and pull out the trim. Two clips are holding it in on the bottom, which could be a pain in the *** to remove. Remove the four screws holding the cluster in place (2 on top, 2 on bottom). Pull out the cluster, and unplug the wiring. You will have holes in the white cover (back of cluster), and inside those holes you will have black round bulb holders. 1/4 turn to the left, and they come out. The rest should be obvious.
