Ok so pulled my engine, labeled all connectors and vacuum lines, reinstalled everything nothing left over. Now when you turn the key ok everything comes on but The CEL is Dim, Fuel pump will not prime or turn on, trans solenoids clicks as well, wiper motor runs constantly, and I noticed the my AFR Guage won't turn on now. Tried swapping Main relay, checked all fuses, tried another ECU. And no luck the car just cranks but won't Start.

Also there are 4 harnesses connection on the drivers side closest to fire wall, 1 in a silver box, one under the box (blue)
2 on the side plugged into the main harness when I unplug the smaller one of those 2 my wipers stop, my CEL is nice and bright, but as soon as I plug the main relay back in it dims out again and I can hear the transmission solenoids freaking out

NO, its weird though cause i have tried new known good ecu, verified main relay good, and tripple checked all harnesses but the CEL just remains dim. I did notice that if i unplu the main relay the trans solenoids clicks a bit and my CEL light get a little brighter but still dim. Only get fully bright when i un plug that one harness.
also fixed the wiper issue was the ground on front left fender had to clean it up

I'd start poking around the engine bay, you're probably missing an ECU ground somewhere, like the one under the t-stat housing.

BAM ON THE MONEY the little guy was hidden right up against the block under a coolant line. Thank you!!!!
