P1167 code (only at night)

P1167 code (only at night)

So, I got a "free" 2000 accord ULEV and fixed it up. I'll explain the order of events and when I realized what was happening.

Had a code P1166, so I replaced the AF Sensor in the exhaust manifold.
Cleared the codes, and 1166 did NOT come back in the few weeks I was cleaning the car up in the driveway, mostly during the day time.
Got plates for the car, went out to get parts for my other car, went to dinner, on the way home (at night, now got different P1167).
Cleared the codes, drove the car for a few 1 hour trips (during the daytime), code did not come back.
Thinking I'm OK now
Went out in the afternoon, started driving home at night, and P1167 came back.
Got me thinking, P1167 only shows up only at night, maybe because the headlights are on, causing an electrical issue?
Additional note - I had a low beam out, so I've been driving with the high beams on at night. Locally, there is no one to bother with the high beams on the road, but I know I have to take care of this ASAP

So I am wondering if anyone else had any trouble with P1167 and headlight wiring, etc?
