P0171 Code

I have 96 Wagon that I added a intake and headers and exhaust to. Now, two months later I'm getting this code p0171 engine running lean. Has anyone delt with this?

usually a lazy primary O2 sensor. If you have less that 150k miles take it to a dealer and get it repaired under warranty........trust me.
