Have you got access to a bearing puller??
The right sized bearing puller should pull that thing straight off with ease.
Why are you trying to take that off if you dont mind me asking??

Good idea on replacing the seal whilst you got it stripped down, have you tried using a pry bar to try move it??

Thats what I meant by bearing puller..... but I'm not sure how that back washer will go with the grips behind it??

i did try to use a pry bar but not the flat ones you use for roofing. any theres not much you can wedge on since i dont want to damage any aluminum surface down there.

like nus said, they usually just slide off.
by the looks of the picture it might be rusted on there a bit. since you have the key removed try rocking it back and forth in a spinning motion while pulling out on it.

hmm not as easy as you guys are saying. i did use a channel lock on the pulley, trying to turn in but it would turn the crank, with the key out of the way.

Just keep soaking it to break the hold the rust has on it. I prefer PB Blaster over Liquid Wrench, it just always seemed to work better for me.
you could try using a brass bunch and a hammer to try and tap the pulley loose. use a brass bunch because with it being a softer metal it shouldn't damage the pulley. If need be, put the pulley bolt back into the crank and use a socket/ratchet to hold it in place while you work on the pulley.
