O2 sensor problem

O2 sensor problem
has code 1167, for some reason the ground to make the heater circuit work goes off after 30 to 50 seconds- causing the code to keep appearing. replaced the computer, o2 sensor is new. heater circuit relay is working, continuity on wires is good. i am open to suggestions Thanx 
this is a 2000 accord lx, 4cyl, manual, with a ulev engine
