the parking lights and instrument panel use to stay on while turning everything off it would only turn off when i activate my alarm or it would turn off in a couple of seconds, now it doesnt do that i check my fuses everything looks good i havent check my relay because i dont know which one to check or can it be my alarm not working correctly, my lights do turn on while turning the switch basically everything works good while the car is on and/or i switch the lights.
i have a 95 accord with halo lights.

 

yeah your alarm is causing it to malfunction try to remove your alarm main fuse for a moment and if that does anything for you, hope this help.
